Steve Nurse demonstrates his recumbent bike and not-completely-awsome speed on the 2011 Round the Bay in A Day bike ride. The video was taken near Lara, about 160k into a 210k ride. The mountains in the background are the You Yangs. Overall time for the mostly flat ride was 10 hours withabout 2 hours of ferry, lunch and other sundry stops.
