I was passing Bill and because nothing else of interest seemed to be happening I tore the camera loose from the velcro strip to turn it off. Then my fingers lost grip on the camera and i dropped it! It hit the road and I hit the brake. I thought that was it; no more camera for the rest of the trip, but to my relief the camera still functioned fine. Phew!
