FWDTrike Build Part 4. This video shows the left side half shaft I made for the trike. The prototype "CV" shell shown has been machined in different areas for testing the driveline. The new CV shells are being designed in CAD and will be smaller! After all, they will have to fit inside the freehub body. The operation will be the same with a stub axle coming out of the diff and the CV shell bolting onto the axle. I'm going to add a pin to take some of the torque off the three screws.
